2002 Cafeteria Plan Elections
All EES employees must complete and return an election form for participation in the Cafeteria Plan for the calendar year 2002. Original forms must be mailed so that they are received in the Columbus office no later than November 16, 2001. Enrollment forms are available and may be downloaded from the Employee Forms Downloads page.
