Contract with the Louisville District of the Corps of Engineers provides
engineering and technical support to Programs and Project Management Division,
Engineering Division, Construction Division Field Offices, and the Operations
and Readiness Division and the Natural Resources Field Offices Management
Branch throughout the five state area of the Ohio River Basin, and includes
work in site and facilities design, technical support and construction
management.

Provided site surveys, assessments and construction management support
to Ft. Knox and Ft. Campbell, Kentucky; Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Indiana;
and Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan.

Under a subcontract with LAW Engineering and Environmental Services provided
environmental engineering and technical support to HTRW Programs for the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District.

Basic Ordering Agreement with Fluor Daniel Fernald, Inc., formally the
Fernald Environmental Management Corporation (FERMCO) under DOE at Fernald,
Ohio, provides for a wide variety of technical and professional staff augmentation
and project task order support associated with remedial actions, including
site characterization, waste processing, building services and facility
support, removal actions, documentation and reporting.

A separate Basic Ordering Agreement between EES and Fluor
Daniel Fernald, Inc., provides for the evaluation of organic, inorganic,
and radiochemical analytical field sample data for technical validity.
EES Verifies and validates the data in accordance with established
Fernald Environmental Management Project specific requirements and the
established procedures and checklists of U.S. DOE and the U.S. EPA. EES
maintains three separate validation teams (i.e., organic, inorganic and
radiochemical) to satisfy the respective validation and reporting requirements.
EES is also experienced at integrating agency/client QA requirements
into the program.

Contract with Westinghouse Savannah River Company at DOE Savannah River
Site, South Carolina provides for engineering and technical support to
the Environmental Protection Division at the Savannah River Site, including
surveys, investigations, scope definition, cost estimating, technical study,
design engineering, documentation, construction oversight, public relations
and coordination of environmental meetings and events.

Subcontract from the Parsons Engineering Science, Basic Ordering Agreement
(BOA) with Westinghouse Savannah River Company provides engineering, general
technical support and staff augmentation for a variety of process and facility
operations at the DOE Savannah River Site, South Carolina.

For the Lockheed Martin (formerly Martin Marietta) Utility Services/U.S.
Enrichment Corporation's process operations at Piketon, Ohio it was EES'
demonstrated knowledge and experience in the specific, critical areas of
Gaseous Diffusion Process Instrumentation and Controls, software development
and programming, and computer hardware such as IBM, DEC, and MODCOMP that
was the basis for our selection as the firm to plan and design the process
operating controls changes from an existing mainframe based computer control
system to PC based operations.

Data Validation and Sampling Support Program analyses performed at Piketon,
Ohio establishes their sampling programs and validation goals for the foreseeable
future.

Projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland supports environmental remedial
action planning and design for Armed Services facilities throughout the
Eastern United States.

Our network of references and referrals across the U.S. provides for a
ready source of technical specialists who we know are qualified and experienced
and whose backgrounds we will certify before we assign them to work on
your projects. EES has established procedures for recruiting,
background verification, indoctrination and training that are being applied
on other programs.

Using up-to-date project cost, schedule controls and reporting systems,
including variance analyses, comprehensive operating procedures, effective
quality assurance program, and experienced management and administrative
staff are additional reasons for our successful performance and maintenance
of concurrent projects and tasks at a number of different sites. Our procedures
were developed over nearly five (5) years of contract work.

EES' QA and Operating Procedures have been audited by DOE
Facilities Managing and Operating (M&O) Contractors and have been determined
to be suited for "Level 1" work involving hazardous (radioactive) contaminants,
consistent with NQA-1 and 2A, ASME/ANSI, and ISO requirements.

EES possesses the sound organization, communications, and
financial base to establish and maintain satellite or project offices at
other sites as our work requires.

(SAIC) for the U.S. Army Environmental Compliance and Restoration (A-106)
